Watercolor, Florida is a small “hamlet” located along the scenic 30A corridor, and provides excellent Florida saltwater fishing, fly fishing, and beach fishing opportunities.

Watercolor was developed and started by the St. Joe company in the late 80s. Shallow Water Expeditions Guide Service operates out of Old Florida Outfitters which is located in the Watercolor village of shops. Fishing opportunities abound within reach of the Watercolor area and guests there are one of our main fishing clients for the guide service. Our guides launch from several points situated within minutes of the Watercolor area. Watercolor lies just west of Seaside, Florida which is another main hub for clients of our guide service. Both locations are within easy reach of Gulf fishing Choctawhatchee Bay, West Bay, and the St. Andrews Bay system to the east.

Shallow Water Expeditions is a guide service, and we provide just that, professional service! We cater to each charter’s expectations, and it is our hope to exceed those expectations and keep you coming back for more!

Shallow Water Expeditions Guide Service is based out of Old Florida Outfitters, the exclusive outfitter located in the Watercolor Resort. Strategically positioned between Destin and Panama City Beach, along the beautiful Beaches of South Walton, we can be found fishing 30A and the entire North Florida Gulf Coast.
